A native New Yorker, Ally’s love for House Music started in the early 80’s. Frequenting popular venues like: The Limelight, The Tunnel, and Palladium she found a niche of music and fell in love with it. Building on her musical background of piano and trumpet, she was always interested in DJ’ing but followed her educational path first. After graduating college, Ally moved to San Francisco in 1997 and met Lance Leber of the duo Short Bus Kids. The two quickly formed a tight friendship as Lance introduced her to the San Francisco scene.
Ally has played in clubs and warehouse parties from the Bay Area to SoCal including: The End Up, Cardiff Lounge, The Sanctuary, DNA Lounge, Eos Lounge, and Reds Wine Bar. She also serves as resident to the Beatbox Collective in Santa Barbara doing underground warehouse parties and one off events.
Ally has played along side of well known talent such as: Vincent Kwok, Lance Leber. J. Patrick, Tony Fuze, and Mullie. In addition,
She has been featured on FM rdio and podcasts including; reDISCOvery (91.9 FM KCSB – University of Santa Barbra) and the #1 ranked show, Star Sessions Radio featured on InSoulWeTrust.com. Ally has also been featured several times on re:FRESH Radio that previously aired on GlobalEDMradio.com
Ally has also worked on original tracks with long time friend & producer Lance Leber (RoundI Music). One of their collaborations “The Finger” was released on the Bounce House label. Ally is currently in the studio focusing on her own original productions to be released in the near future and resident of The Deep End Sundays in Santa Barbara, CA.
